Williams by Bachmann O Scale Baldwin Shark Dummy (B) Locomotive New York Central Lightning Stripe - 22006
The Baldwin Shark (RF-16 class designation) was a 1,600-horsepower cab unit-type diesel locomotive built for freight service by the Baldwin Locomotive Works between 1950 and 1953. Used mostly in passenger service then later in freight service, the RF-16 had a most distinctive Sharknose car body that set it apart from all the other locomotive manufacturers. Williams has produced the more popular paint schemes like the New York Central Lightning Stripe. Locomotive Features: Durable ABS plastic shell; Die-cast trucks, truck sides, pilots, and fuel tanks; and Fixed (non-operating) couplers.
